Machine Specifications & Compatibility
- Row Capacity: 16-row roller configuration, with half spaces along the length of the rollers, for versatile fabric gathering width.
- Base Design: Solid aluminium handles, brass rollers, with strong steel shafts and pin tensioning mechanism, all on a sturdy plastic base, with sturdy rubber feet. No screwdriver is needed!
- Needle Compatibility: For flawless tension and to protect the brass rollers, this machine requires authentic Amanda Jane Pleater Needles or Sally Stanley Pleater Needles.
Full Reconditioning & Quality Inspection Report
- Flawless Roller Action: Rollers have been completely disassembled, cleaned of old thread debris, and re-aligned for a smooth, catch-free rotation.
- Excellent Cosmetic Condition: Clean gears and minor vintage wear consistent with careful historical use, completely free of structural rust. Some discolouring of the brass rollers will still be present.
- Pre-Tested Performance: Fully threaded and fabric-tested in our workspace to guarantee perfect pleating depth.
